Agreement to Terms

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on SoftMariyam's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Services

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide necessary resources and materials
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing materials, frameworks, and tools developed by SoftMariyam remain our property.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any confidential information shared with us will be protected and not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our website content or services. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoftMariyam be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects may require an upfront deposit
• Payments are due as specified in the agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for non-payment

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the conditions specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, all payments for work completed become immediately due, and any deliverables completed up to that point will be delivered to the client.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms.
